Our Service includes:

• 4-day catch-up TV functionality
• Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
• Multi-device streaming support (1, 2, or 3 simultaneous connections)
• 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Have a valid payment method accepted by WCIPTV
• Have a stable internet connection meeting minimum speed requirements

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

Your Account & Credentials

Upon subscribing to WCIPTV, you will receive login credentials (username and password) to access the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your contact information remains accurate and up to date

Payment & Billing

By subscribing to WCIPTV, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees for your chosen plan. Our pricing is as follows:

• 3-Month plan: from $29.99 (1 connection)
• 6-Month plan: from $45.99 (1 connection)
• 12-Month plan: from $69.99 + 2 months free (1 connection)

We accept the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions are non-recurring — you will not be automatically charged at renewal.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated before your next subscription period.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the WCIPTV Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any content protection measures
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

The WCIPTV website, branding, logo, and proprietary technology (including Anti-Freeze™ 9.8) are the intellectual property of WCIPTV and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• The right to resell or commercially exploit any part of the Service
• The right to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
• The right to create derivative works based on the Service
• The right to reverse engineer any aspect of the Service

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WCIPTV does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• The quality of any content accessed through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected immediately

While we strive to maintain 99% uptime and the highest quality streaming, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WCIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall WCIPTV's total liability to you for all damages exceed the total amount paid by you to WCIPTV in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Sharing account credentials in violation of our policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless within the 7-day money-back guarantee period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify active subscribers via WhatsApp or email for material changes

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
